Generalized pustular psoriasis has been included within the spectrum of psoriasis since it is often seen in conjunction with psoriasis vulgaris and since it requires the recruitment of T cellular material and neutrophils.6-8,10-12 The purpose of this study was to recognize genetic abnormalities in charge of familial generalized pustular psoriasis.
